Yes, the "it's over" was in regard to my relationship. And in my previous posts, I left out some information because Mike asked me not to tell anyone. So I told my mom, because she needed the full story to give me advice, but I didn't tell anyone else because it wouldn't be fair. But now, I no longer have that obligation, and since I'm sure people ( Read more... )

You can't trust him, so it's for the best that it's over.

I've managed to not have a single drop of alcohol in me for over 2 months, and you know how much of an alchie I can be.

Good for you, Adler! Part of your health kick? (I suppose it's more than a "kick" since it's been going on for a while now ...)

I'll be able to drink again eventually, but if I don't hit 13.5% body fat by a certain point this summer, I can't shave or cut my hair until I look like a rabbi.

I don't want to look like a rabbi.

Also, I want to see my abs :v

I'm so sorry that you had to go through this with him. I've been worried about Mike because he does drink a lot, and it really affects the way he behaves - but I'm more angry that he's not being responsible enough to realize that he just lost the best thing he had going for himself because he's an alcoholic. You deserve someone who's mature enough to realize that he shouldn't give up drinking for you, he should be giving it up for himself. That forces the blame onto you in the first place, which is so unfair, and it would only cause problems later. You shouldn't have to be upset this much over the person you're in love with! I think when the hurt fades a little, and you're ready, you'll find someone you could see yourself marrying who treats you a lot better.

I know I can't make it better, but I do hope that you take Denmark as an opportunity to try to heal and be happier, since there's probably no better place than a foreign country to get some space! <3

we love you very very much.
