Takarazuka Advent Calendar
So as per galynthia and kyanited's suggestions. I have made a calendar with 24 otokoyaku and musumeyaku I like. I have put them through the randomizer and for Dec 1 we have....
Aihana Chisaki
I can't say when I first truly noticed her. wao_wao pointed her out to me several times when we were but young fledgling Soragumi fans. My most memorable noticing of her was a blurry shot in the side of one of Eriko's stage photos, haha.
I must say I truly fell for her in The Second Life in which she played a female mobster that poisons Houkushou Kairi as Jake. Might I say she was quite the stylish killer in a LBD, sunglasses, and headscarf! It wasn't the most fleshed out role, but she did a wonderful job acting the femme fatale. It would be one of many future aggressive female roles she would play and only in a string of favorites.
Tara-chan is a very decent actress while a good idea for characterization. I love watching her in the background of revues because she is incredibly expressive and just has this incredible キラキラ smile. She has very natural cute looks, but she has no problem in showing that she is able to be very elegant and strong. Even though she sadly lacks the vocal talent that would have helped her move up faster, she is still a very strong actress and a decent dancer.
I wish I could have seen her as Yvette in Bara ni Furu Ame shinjin kouen as she had the lead. The show is a very emotional one for me, but the role of Yvette as portrayed by Hizuki Hana is a very challenging one. It would have been right up Tara-chan's alley. Ah well... for now I must settle with convincing muffin_song to screen cap me Tara-chan trying to rip Micchan's clothes off in Kisha to Koutei ;)
