Cops selliing weed?

I was just watching "Cops," they were doing sting operations to catch people buying weed and crack. One of the guys bought weed from the cops and they tried to stop him, but he just sped off. The cops followed him for a couple blocks, but they figured it wasn't worth the pursuit. So not only did the cops fail to catch the guy, but they contributed

Druggies suck so bad, way worse than rapists, killers, and Catholic priests.
