Vitamins again
decided to take vitamins again. my left arm seems to lose its edge. though I do want to get slim, at least not by getting sick -
Rain and Oats
last night i decided to go hoome early to do some photo editing. before that i went to SM Megamall to eat and buy some groceries.
I saw in the supermarket that there is an "SM BONUS" brand for easy-to-prepare oatmeal/pouridge . it was cheap so I bought it, about 50-60 pesos I think. I also bought a nice plastic container to store the oats. with that ( Read more... ) -

(Trying to be) Creative Every Day
back to blogging XD
I noticed that I've been a bit lazy lately. I haven't been going back to (trying) writing songs and (python) scripts. so I decided maybe I need a goal. a simple one will do.
try to be creative every day !
before I sleep each night, I should have been able to do either:
1. practice guitar (songs for gigs)

That Manual Transmission
i meant our car. it's been a while since i drove it. good thing i still have it. driving cool, switching gears seamlessly, enjoying the "control".
it was also a long drive with varying scenarios. it had crampy streets, hiways etc.
i wish i can bring the car during gigs specially when i have lots of stuff to bring

trying to make my bed time at least before midnight. will see a doctor next week.

WILL EAT MORE
I think I have to give up my so-called diet. I need to eat more to get my health back.
that still doesn't mean I will eat all those oily / fatty foods LOL.
more fruits, bread, vegetables :-)
yeah I'll be a bit fatter lol. but it's better than sick

Health Problems again
I've been getting a little dizzy lately. I probably need to sleep early this time. I will eat more and sleep more. I will put aside my so-called "diet" for now -
new short movie release (Benjo series)
produced another short movie for the benjo series ( the endless battle of benjo and his unnamed twin brother)
among all the other short skits this is the shortest so far (7 or 8 seconds long). it all started when (hao_xiao) they suggested that i do a short movie with arnis sticks (same as ronnie rickets). it so happened that the old "kamagong" fighting ( Read more... )
