oh silly scott there is a difference between the people that work at the apple store and the mac "genius" ... there were only two (possibly 3, I think the one was giving a private lesson) there that day the one was helping me and waiting for the other guy to come in so he could take his break, I am willing to bet the other people that work there know almost nothing about computers
