 Is there a statue of limitations for dating sibling's exes?  Is 8/9 years good enough?

I know a delightful person who brags about how she stole her sister's boyfriend and has been since with him for 10 years.

Some might say it never runs out, some might say a month or two... The only person that really matters, I imagine, would be the sibling (and the ex, too, I guess?).
