I don't believe anyone has ever lived a true complacent life. It is impossible to ever know what you want in all of it's entirety. That in itself is something that is only a reflection of what the mind in that instance thinks it needs, be it instinctual or heavily thought out. I agree with you on this. We push ourselves on as an instinctal need to go foward. Some people spend their entire lives looking for a purpose for living, and some give into what makes them happy right now, and don't look foward. Since if they do, they'll probbably lose that single moment of what they feel to be happiness ( ... )

OK..so I can't type much...just had shoulder surgery...but I keep up with you now & then (thanks for giving me this address!), and in reading your always thought-provoking entries, as well as those of your friends, I couldn't help but admire that you are some of the few people I have read who take your beliefs to their truly logical conclusion. You KNOW how 'into Truth' I am, and that I always sought Truth for Truth, not for any comfort or excuses to me...so anyway...one question I have, tho...how do you explain prophecy? I mean...historians were convinced for years that Isaiah HAD to have been written AFTER the fact...but then it was proved to be written 300 years before Cyrus ever let the Jews go (these same historians became blushingly silent when this was proved!)...so how could a bio-chemical random accident (Isaiah) know 300 years in advance what thousands of other bio-chemical random accidents (everyone born after him) would do that would set off the chain of ( ... )
