okay I haven't reached this teary stage in a long time but
A bit of random fangirling since I just happened to finish another episode for the week and bah! I have to get this out.
How many people watched Madoka Magica's finale the other day already?
Fact is that the ending was totally anticipated - IF NOT THIS WAY THEN WHAT WILL MAKE IT END RIGHT. Honestly, it still is a 'mahou shoujo', despite all the tragedies we've seen. And by whatever this is like the ultimate ultimate wanton ending everyone's (?) been wishing for after seeing so much crap the girls have had to put up with. Seriously! But it was damn sad - first seeing Homura's sudden explosion of emotions, despair and then Madoka's bright personality - heck I could have cried at Homu's breakdown twice but then Madoka's self-sacrifice ffff okay I did not cry but I WAS CLOSE TO WHAT.
And is it just me or am I suddenly seeing so many sad scenes! I just saw Ao no Exorcist's 2nd episode and no shit the ending scene before the ED coupled with BGM just kills me.
When the piano-like sounds begin at the possession and then after that when Fujimoto kills himself...is awful. It's heartbreaking. It's scary, even. I was already anticipating the sudden possession by Satan and the shock from Rin but seeing all these in animated goodness is heartbreaking. Again another recent scene I watched that made me want to weep. And I'm now getting the episode to dl for memories' sake because no srs I have this urge to draw lots of teary stuff wtf.
okay now /brb to the work desk and mentally weeping and heartbreaking and oh I can't forget the damn scenes ;_;
