WandaVision episode 6 spoilers

I've been a massive fan of Young Avengers, especially Billy, since issue 2 or 3, or whenever Scans_Daily {pour one out for} alerted me to them. Seeing Billy in his original costume, on screen, put literal tears in my eyes. I never had this reaction to any hero I've seen on the screen, big or small, maybe because I never actually expected to see Billy on any screen. But here he is, William Asgardian/Wiccan/Demiurge Kaplan-Maximoff-Altman, in the year 2021, on tv, in my living room.

I had to take the pictures of my iPad screen with my phone, because Disney+ doesn't let you screengrab any of their streaming content. All hail the overlord!

So they are truly doubling down on the idea that Hayward and SWORD in general is not only evil but also stupid! They started to hint at his own trauma, which is very fitting on a show that is all about trauma, before quickly reminding us that the writing of The Outside is Agents of SHIELD circa season 1. It really doesn't endear me to Monica, Darcy or Jimmy. If you need to build you characters by having other characters act stupid and unethical around them, then it's just bad writing.

Peter definitely isn't Pietro and he definitely isn't X-Men Quicksilver. Who is he then? The big bad or the agent of the big bad, who is either Mojo or Dr Doom (please put your boring Mephisto hot takes into the garbage can of predictability, where it belongs).

They managed to incorporate everyone's original costumes! Bless!

Somebody please help the people of Westview! My good, please! Vision is the hero of this story, this is a Vision stan blog now.

SWORD is now the living embodiment of 'Fuck around and find out'. Clowns, all of them.
