I think that Chase may be insane but I still can't allow his birthday to be forgotten. Anyone who is interested in throwing him a birthday party (maybe even a surprise birthday party if you can keep a secret) should tell me and we can figure out who can do what. First order of business, where should we have this party? Most of us probably don't have gifts but we can at least make him cards and maybe a cake. Mei makes very good cakes. And then there's decorations. I'm betting no one has any, so if anyone is very good at Transfiguration, maybe that will work.
He's going to have a birthday whether he wants one or not!
