Films Watched December 04 - December 17

Germany Year 90 Nine Zero (Jean-Luc Godard, 1991) - Due to the combination of my own tiredness and the general reconditeness of Godard's late work, I had a great deal of trouble following this film. I also unfortunately watched Dead Man's Chest last week.

Eeaagggh.

Bleeerrghh.

Urrrrrggh.

... and so forth. I mean, I'm all for pirates (who isn't?) but seriously, these stupid movies make billions - why couldn't they hire some decent scriptwriters?

PS
What's your schedule like after Christmas?

I think the thing I hate the most about sequels like this is that it gives the people involved an excuse not to make any effort towards quality. They know going into it that they'll make billions no matter what, so it doesn't really matter what the hell they do. Grrrr.

PS
Unless I get a job, I have no schedule after Christmas (or before Christmas, for that matter).

Congratulations!

Hello. I wandered into reading your journal through a search on people who have Sacha Vierny in their interests. And I'd like to keep reading! So, I hope you don't mind that I added you. I might never comment and I don't write much on my own LJ either so never mind me, just thought it'd be smart to let you know that I'm not just some freak stalker. Though actually I am just that, aren't I. Well well.

Thanks for introducing yourself. For some reason I really like the idea of being able to tell people that someone in Finland is reading what I write, and I love that you found me through Sacha Vierny. I hope you enjoy future entires!
