Kirk...in response, I was writing in anger (as many people do), and was probably a little over dramatic. I was very frustrated with what has been transpiring in the Theater Dept. Whether or not you agree with the way Doc does things or not, many people don't realize how much time and energy he puts into that Theater and NO ONE but me, knows what it's like without him there. There have been many complaints about how he does things, and too many people have been complaining about the fact that they didn't get the parts they deserved. I take great pride in the Theater, and from what I saw that night, many in the cast didn't/don't. It was wrong of me to take it out on you, but you were the only one who "erupted

Kirk...everyone snaps once in a while. What you did was very understandable; you couldn't plan it, you lost a sense of control. What happened, happened. Don't let it bother you. To be completely honest, I don't have an opinion on what happened (mind you, I just heard everything through the grapevine). Doc stepped upon your toes...in return you stepped upon his. It happened...you feel bad for it...you know you did something wrong. In my book that equals forgiveness. I honestly think Doc doesn't hold grudges, or harsh feelings. If he does...well then, I guess that's between him and God. Just give Doc what he wants...that'll keep him happy; give him respect. Everyone was stressed that day...someone was bound to snap. (I even snapped at him a couple of times). You're human, Kirk. Just let this one go.
