Last night legendary metal guitarist Dimebag Darrell was shot dead during a damageplan show in Columbus, Ohio. Though I'm not much of a fan of metal anymore, I was at one time a big Pantera fan (Darrell's previous band) and this story is very hurtful to me. I read it in the early morning - had to call long lost pseudo love just for a little empathy. I saw pantera twice - and despite the change in hair color, I still weep for dead legends. It was another time and place so today's familiar faces don't share my stupor.

let's hope he finds more recognition posthumously.
