[Happy Birthday Bones -- Surprise!]
Kirk was holding the grin back from his face in a near-Vulcan level of control as he walked beside Bones, heading back from the reception where everyone was still celebrating. "Hmm, Bones, need to make a pit stop." He didn't even give his lover time to complain or counter before he said, "Come on, let's go." And headed straight for the turbolift.
He bounced on his heels, excited with the rush from the party. He could feel the inquisitive look coming from Bones but said nothing, stepping out when they got to the level of the bridge.
