I am lucky to be in one piece, honestly. That was my first ever accident and it was shocking. I think I am still in shock ( Read more... )

I am going at 3. The problem is that I am right in the middle of the most important work I do all year. The quality of my work today determines a huge portion of my 2005-2006 income. BAD TIMING! I talked to my insurance today and they said no matter who it is determined is at fault I am liable for nothing and there are no deductibles and they will pay $2500 for me to go to the Dr. I have the highest coverage available and I am really happy about that right now.

I agree with Sarah, you definitely should go today. First of all, the adrenaline is deceptive... you will likely feel even worse in a few hours. :(

Secondly, though I am not at all the litigating type, after all the hassle I went through after my last accident, I ended up wishing I could sue for personal injury. You want to keep that option open.

I'm sorry you had to go through that; I know how terrifying it is. :(

I am anti-suing. That is just me and this isn't going to cost me a penny. My insurance already told me it doesn't matter whose fault they found it--either way--I am covered 100% and there are no deductibles. I have the best plan you can buy from State Farm. However, I DID go to the hospital, and sure enough I am just a little beaten up, but nothing serious.
