Where are you going to be in Europe? Or are you hitting pretty much all of it. I mean you do have a month to kill right?

Congratulations! A 40% raise ROCKS. We had some Geneca consultants here for a while. Some were quite good and some were quite bad. I'm sure you'll be one of their quite good ones.
