Results from the feis

For all those who are curious!
I competed in 6 dances - 2-hand with the hubby, and solo Reel, Jig, Slip Jig, Hornpipe, and Treble Reel. It was my first time competing in the later 3 dances. I came home with 5 golds and a silver.

OK, so we had no competition for the 2-hand (Gina and Petra had to withdraw after Gina tripped Petra in practice! Yeah,

all still awesome. and that bear photo is precious, tho it kind of seems sad! second photo so lockstep - how cool is that?

Those are my lucky bears. They both are Irish Dances and both came from Ireland. The bigger one I bought on our Honeymoon, the smaller was bought by some good friends when they went to Ireland. I was actually praying/meditating just before I danced and the "serene" look, coupled with nerves and the angle did make the picture look rather sad. Ah well, I thought it was cute anyway!
