It has been brought to my attention that there is a dessert salad, with fruit, whipped cream and a marshmallow crust, called the Pavlova; named after the dancer. It's large and takes a luxuriously long time to consume. There ought to be a mini-Pavlova for people on the go, called the Isadora. You could scarf it in the car.
