They don't really care what we do at work on the computer as along as our work gets done, actually, on most nights I spend more than 4 hours on the internet screwing around with web-games and such

Oh, and don't forget the ideal lesson plan format:

Starter activity - either review of last class or a brief intro activity

Main activity(ies) - don't lecture for more than twenty minutes at a go; intersperse with other styles of learning activity (like practising the skills they've learned)

Plenary - review of what was learned (such as "Jot down three things you've learned this session.") - also a good time to check for understanding

From one teacher to another...
