I wonder how it will look on my resume to say that I have officially trained every single front desk employee at my job all the way from the newest of employees all the way up to the owner of the hotel

They don't really care what we do at work on the computer as along as our work gets done, actually, on most nights I spend more than 4 hours on the internet screwing around with web-games and such
Oh, and don't forget the ideal lesson plan format:
Starter activity - either review of last class or a brief intro activity
Main activity(ies) - don't lecture for more than twenty minutes at a go; intersperse with other styles of learning activity (like practising the skills they've learned)
Plenary - review of what was learned (such as "Jot down three things you've learned this session.") - also a good time to check for understanding
