Somehow I totally missed this coming out - *snort* Yay sequel to the Storm Riders :)

Yay for Ekin Cheng, and contact lenses. I laugh because I only remember tiiiny bits of Mandarin at this point, so singing along sounds completely retarded over here. HA!

there was a sequel that came out last year, the storm warriors. also dled that and watched the other night. it's like 300 meets kung fu (FINALLY), but the directors simulataneously made the movie awesome yet shit on the story at the same time...you'd have to watch it to know what i'm talking about. it also felt too rushed. should've been a 3 hour movie. dragon tiger gate is similar to this i think, but it's been a while. i also just watched 14 blades. it's good if you enjoy quality kung fu choreography, and liberties in feudal chinese technology. you'll know what i'm talking about. it's a good movie though, but i hated the final battle.

Hang on... I thought this was the sequel to Storm Riders.... so is there ANOTHER one like Storm Warriors?

I guess I like the visual effects more than the storyline for some things - hell, I watch pron, there's hardly a plot THERE and it's generally enjoyable too! *snickers*

I'll have to see if I can find dragon tiger gate and 14 blades....
Anything like Goemon?
