If there were any rules against having fun, I've no doubt Niou would have already organized an uprising. Possibly involving burning the directors in effigy. And disturbingly large amounts of nakedness, very possibly, and perhaps liquor, teaching obscenities to the younger students... Ahem. The point being, I highly doubt the rules forbid such a thing.
