it must run in the name this week... I did something to my shoulder on Sunday night, though I still can't figure out what - I can barely lift my right arm out to the side without excruciating pain- and raising it above my head is out of the question... I'm afraid it isn't a muscle either :(

the same thing happened to me when my rib when out (subluxed? or whatever term the chiropractor uses). had to go to the chiropractor to get it reset, which normally immediately removes the pain. that time around it took another day or 2 before it was completely gone b/c of compensation by the muscles.
