You hit 50?! Damn, that's impressive. That was the top level until a few months ago.
A lot of people on the message board where I saw the paper posted thought it was probably a joke because the "teacher" misspelled "too" in one of the comments, and because all the -1s didn't work out to 61%. It's still hilarious, though.
*preens* Admittedly, I had played it long enough to start getting a lot of repetition of words, so it's like "Well, I've never seen that word before except here, but I remember getting this one last time ..." I should play it again, see if they've increased the vocabulary since then. :-)
Misspellings don't really prove anything - I've known teachers who had horrible spelling, including an English teacher. :-) But, yeah, I rather suspect it's a joke. You're right, though, it is hilarious regardless.
I have seen some repeated words too, and I haven't played a ton. You have to have known some of them before to get to 50 though!
I have to admit, it's slightly disconcerting realizing that other people have larger vocabularies and better academic writing skills than me now. I kind of miss being top of the line in those areas during high school. (I haven't increased my academic skills during my university years as much as people who achieve highly do.)

I've seen that paper before. :-) I hope it's a joke and it wasn't actually submitted.
