Ever have those days when all you want to do is just shut yourself in a little hole and pretend that there is no world but yourself. For a couple days now I've felt completely and utterly alone. Everyone has their own opinion on poetry. I tend to think that it's poetry if it has rhyme, not just because it's put into the poetic form. Otherwise, what makes it poetry rather than just an essay with a different margin?
I'd be really interested in reading your stuff.
I think I have a style, most of my poems are reflective of it anyways, especially the way I rhyme, and the way the story unfolds. At least one guy in the past was able to recognize my poem by style (though I wished he hadn't, but that's another story). I've written a lot of poems, so I think the style is already developed *grin*.
