Still off sick and bored, but... I have done my tax return.  A whole 2 months before the deadline.  Such a strange feeling, this sense of actually having achieved something useful!

Next to phone up my credit card people and grovel at them...

I did mine in September and it's been paid. Most unlike me. But I needed it done so I could get my accounts drawn up and then I could buy a house. Well that was the plan anyway. All will be revealed.

Very good! I paid mine straight away but I only owed £35 so that wasn't too much of a problem! Interesting about the house... has all the economy stuff of the last few months changed your plans? You don't have to tell me obviously, I'll wait for you to post about it! I just know me and Paul have put off house buying for at least another year or two.

That's not much! What's your secret there? I already posted about mine. If you missed that, it was only £3.42 last year but £2763 this year and I actually had to pay £4144. Ouch. )-: As for houses, just get married first. That's stressful enough as it is. (-;

Oh it was all paid through PAYE because I was employed by a company as well as being self employed, so I guess the £35 was just whatever adjustment needed making. I was quite cross that I wasn't in credit actually!
