So I'm pretty much convinced that UCS is spending money on really dumb stuff. I went to the Graebner carnival yesterday and I was....shocked. Remember how back in like 4th grade, we had a DJ and actual RIDES and real GAMES and good PRIZES? Let me list what the Graebner carnival had THIS year
