I am trying to think what a matzoh cracker is? i'll have to google it.
Sounds yummy! do you use milk chocolate or semi-sweet?

Matzoh is the flat cracker (bread really) sold at passover? Usually in the aisle with other kosher foods.

I use the semi-sweet, but milk would probably be just as good! :)

I make this, but I make caramel first and bake it onto the matzo. And then do chocolate chios, slivered almonds and seasalt. Everyone in my office goes NUTS for it.

My boss gave me a case of matzo to keep making it.
