Awww! I started watching OTH a few weeks ago and now I love Naley! they are so cute! taking lots! Also I was wondering how did you make those shiny lights on 3? thats amazing!

aww thanks! :D and NH is love ;)

for #3 I just played with a round brush about size 3-5.. then started creating circles around the pic using diff. colors.. then I used motion blur and set it to screen :)
