Dun know, never heard of that Tuna guy. Arbitro's a nice effeminate person although very,very sick and disgusting. He loves roses and boys.

Ya'know, the really crazy thing 'bout this is... He IS some kind of doctor. He opens people up, does stuff AND they actually don't die.

Oh, suuure suuure, can't be gutting all the time since one must tryi new things or just do whatever is fun at that moment and bla bla bla...

For me, people's actions and expressions are what really makes it matter, the rest comes naturally, like the methods, eh?
