[In the morning, probably about the time Cameron goes to dress hirself, there is banging on the the closet door. And the closet walls. Like a frantic bird trying to fly out of its cage the uninvited guest thrashes about trying to get free.

What was this treachery? Had she been kidnapped? Blasphemy! The City-State which attempted this act against the Twelve Cities would pay greatly!]

[Cerule holds her hand to her chin as if thinking about how to respond. The complexion of this person suggests sie could come from Seasalt-City if this were not where Cerule was from. However not needing to have hir words translated... this is odd. Perhaps the only way to make this smoother would be to speak herself.

With a semi-confident forward march Cerule walks up to Cam. She examines hir face for a moment, and then kisses the 'girl'?]

[For the record, Iris might feel quick charge run through her. When Cam is kissed, after all, some of the energy sie gets from off the top of it flows freely in the area. But sie blinks - okay, wasn't expecting that, but if would be normal in hir culture so sie's not that frazzled either. Soe sie just waits to see what the other does, for now]

[The girl's eyebrows furrow a bit at the sensation, but when she pulls back she'll have a pretty even face. She puts a hand to her chest, as if to gesture toward herself, and - well, speaks. Cam will hear hir voice repeated back to her.]

I am Cerule of the Irises, Head Translator of the Twelve Cities. Is this not within the limits of the Twelve Cities?

[...So that's how this person speaks? Borrowed voice, maybe? Sie still feels silly in the pajamas but that's fine because this person is more like more confused than hir. She tries to keep hir face even, and shakes hir head]

It's not. It's a city called Luceti, though I'm also not certain where that is. [...] The sky here is entirely different from the world I'm from though, so I'm inclined to believe what others have told me in that it's far away. [...Another world?

Very far, at least. Absurd]

Could this be... [the land of the Gods? Surely that can be the only explanation. Cerule turns away from Cam to run her hand over a bare dresser. How strange. But why would Gods allow mortals to walk among them? No, this had to be somewhere else. A place of judgment, perhaps?]

It's been called Luceti for me. There's... a whole guide, and most people I've met have been surprisingly helpful. They're very used to and very fond of giving strangers a helping hand, it seems

[Sie pauses here. Again, in pajamas... and this woman is in just that sundress. It's not bad, but it feels awkward to be having such a serious conversation in light of this. Cam sighs and takes a few more steps back before-]

I was little premature earlier, I don't actually have antiseptic in this apartment yet, but if you want I could step out to find you some for those knuckles. And maybe find you some different clothing.

[At the mention of clothing Cerule looks down at herself. She was too busy to notice before, however now that she looks she seems displeased. How bland.]

Yes, I would appreciate that. Am I correct to assume this is where you live?

-Ah, well, I only moved in here the night before. This is my first morning in this apartment. But I guess I'll be living here from here on. [...Well actually-]

Could you please stay right there? [Said as sie wanders over to the dresser to collect some clothes for hirself... and then glances back at the closest. Sie could step into the hall (three room apartment, after all). Hm. Where to change] I need to get changed before I step out. I'll... be right back.

[And thus, Cam slowly heads out to leave this bedroom. Sie'll just... go change in the bathroom. Quickly]

[While Cameron is out Cerule does some thinking while she inspects the rest of the room. Finally she decides that the best course of action would be to rely on the other 'girl.' Sie seemed more than willing to lend a hand to Cerule, so she might as well take it. With a nod to herself the girl confirms making up her mind. From now on it'll be polite behavior and smiles.]

[Okay, give hir a minutr and... back. T-shirt and girls jeans. Cam's rocking it in style. But sie's back with a little smile]

Sorry if I'm scatterbrained, I've... obviously never had a person appear in my closet before. I wasn't sure how to react.

[...That sounded dumb, oh well]

So you'll be needing clothes, antiseptic, and... a better explanation. Cerule, do you have a book somewhere on you? If not, we should look in the closet.

Well, it's more of a journal... something that everyone has here. My own's on that beside table. [Sie even waves over at there]

[Curious, Cerule wanders over to the table. It has Cam's name on it. The book looked simple enough, but when Cerule opens it everything becomes incredibly complicated. So much different than anything she has ever seen! Her eyes grow wide with interest as she flips with pages.]

[Cam's going to take this moment to go over to the closet and look in there for Cerule's journal. Okay... okay - oh! There it is. Cameron picks it up and smiles to hirself before coming on back out, journal in hand]

[At Cam's voice Cerule looks away from hir journal. That book - it had her name on it. Interesting. So everyone receiving judgment here was granted with a journal?]

I still do not quite understand its purpose.
