I'm sorry about the scratching. Wear hoodies. Long sleeves as Chellee said. It hides it. You'd be surprised how many people don't see it. I still have scars on my wrists and no one has ever said anything. Even when they were new.

I crashed my bike the other day and that was fun, and I fence. Of course scratching your arm feels good, its not the best though.
I just don't like slow discomfortable things like being sick or cold.
