Great pictures. You really have an eye for photgraphy. I love that last shot.

Are those pics from a cottage, or are they the place your family lives in year round?

Thank you! I was iffy on the last shot, so I'm glad that you liked it!

They're from our cottage ("camp" to North Western Ontarians), where we live for two months of the year give or take. Rather, I should say that my parents live there for two to four months of the year and that I visit as often as possible.

I really love this. It's like the personification of peace.

Those beach pictures makes me miss the eastern maritimes. And anticipate it, because I'm going there this summer. First time in I don't know how long. So yeah, and the framing in those pictures, I think it adds a certain quality to them.

Thanks, emcy.

Do they remind you of the maritimes? I've never seen the maritimes in the spring, only in the Fall...but to me it just seems different. Home versus away, I guess.

Yeah, at least the beach where we used to stay. Minus the beer bottles, lol. Myabe it's just that I haven't seen a lot of beaches, too!

It could be worse! I had a journalism teacher in high school who used to remind me that Chandlers were the people who brought light into the world. I always liked that.
