It’s been a long, long time, I know...
Turns out I have to dedicate myself much more to things I aspire being. I have big ambitions and I’m not modest enough to deny that I know I have what it takes to get there.
The problem is I lack discipline and dedication. I get bored easily. So I choose to distract away from the books. I procrastinate

Sweetie, having goals and aspirations are good. I know you are hard working as well. You shouldn't dedicate yourself COMPLETLY to ONLY working. You'll get so sick and tired of it very soon and the only thing you'd want to do is quit. Give yourself some freedom.
I am a person with lots of discipline and dedication, at least I count as that in society's eye, and I still focus and manage to do other stuff. Although I'm also lazy lately.So maybe I'm not a good example, point is, you shouldn't have to kill youself for your job. I'm sure you'll get to high places, with you reading books, and going out. ♥

The thing is you work with art. So society recognizes (I think) you shouldn't stay locked anyway. You've got to see the world to be good at what you do.
In my case, people think that at this point I should be 100% dedicated to theory we find on books. Since I'm not able to do that, I feel guilty, you know? After all, I'm too hard on my self.
But I'm on my way to find a balance. I'm good at stopping just before I hit insanity, so it's safe. :-D

Minha jornada de trabalho é metade da sua, então ajuda, né? E eu não tenho namorado nem pets, então o que me resta? A boa e velha TV.
Não abro mão mesmo. House é sagrado. Aqueles 45 minutos por semana me ajudam a abastecer. E 30 rock eu faço o máximo tbm pq eu gosto muito mesmo.
Tbm te adoro. E mesmo não postando, eu estou sempre aqui te vigiango. ;-)
