Just make yourself do it every day!! As long as you keep telling yourself you have to its not so bad... Its when you're like, oh I need to take a break for a day, that you just kind of stop and never start again, haha. Good luck! I'm trying to do the same thing... 3 miles every day!
i know i did it for a while last semester...then my bf came back from new orelans (after the whole hurricaine thing) and then i just kind of stopped. now he's gone again for the whole semester (assuming there's not another national disaster) and i'm trying to improve myself....again..so wish me luck! you too, by the way
