Hiya there! I've heard a lot about 30 kisses, and thought it was cool, but I'm lazy so I never bother joining anything. XD Anyway, the other day at school, some of my friends were talking about it, and we decided we wanted to do something like that, but on our own time. So we made up our own list of 30 themes and chose subjects.
Here's my question: Would it be like, degrading everything you stand for or mortally offending you or something if we do this? Can I post my stories on Fanfiction.net as long as I put that it is our own original list? Or would you hire the FBI to seek us out and have us disposed of? o_O

LOL. No no, not the FBI. The CIA on the other hand...

150_comms is a good example of how many communities have spun off from ideas like 30 kisses and fanfic100. It's not unheard of to do something like this and at least from my perspective, it's great! I mean, we don't own the idea, we just like to think that we are the caretakers of this set of themes, who are in truth someone from Japan's to begin with (I think...). The fact that you made your own list of themes means you are very creative, completely independent from us and free to do as you please. No secret or overt government services will be involved.

Ok, so, I have two claims. If I cross them over and use that (probably quite long) fic to count for a theme in each, is that cool?

Hmmm... I've never encountered this. I would say yes but I'll check with the others mods first. Give me a couple of days and I'll get back with a final answer.

Hi. I was very confused by #4 so I asked a friend of mine who's learning Japanese to translate the original Japanese, and he told me it means "The distance between us and reciprocation." Um, can I just use that as the interpretation?

The interpretation of the theme itself is really up to the writer. If you want to read it that, it's fine.
