NEW DIET

Ok  hope you guys remember me i spent like since April tll now tryng to make my body loose weght and no matter how little i ate it would not work.  I even fasted and went to 500kcal daily and my fucked up metabolism would not give in  (or it gave in a little to re-gain it from even 200kcal) I was frustrated.

hey, i am contemplating doing this diet you have posted here, i just need to go to the store.
The reason why you are losing weight when eating more calories, first of all, when you eat many small portioned and small calorie meals throughout the day, you are keeping your metabolism up! Which means that its increasing consistenly. When you starve yourself you slow your metabolism, and your body goes into starvation mode. You have to starve yourself for a very very VERY VERY long time inorder for your body tostart breaking down the fat, and when u starve yourself your body conserves fat and breaks down your muscle tissue...
are u new at this? like.. ED thing? just curious is all...
also, when you fast, its temporary, really. especially if you are just flushing with water and no veggies etc.. it will all come back, its temp.
So, hopefully that answered some questions for you..
p.s. PLEASE stay on this diet that you are on. you are on the right track, sweetie, and its working. So if its not broken, do not break it.
