Kit has a magic flute that has the ability to hypnotize people who hear it. She can control whom it affects, but the ability to hypnotize does not come from her, it comes from the flute itself. It causes the person to go into a conscious state of music filled happiness, and they don't recall what happens during this period. The moment the music stops, the hypnotism ends. God knows what they see during this period, but they hear beautiful, relaxing music that appeals to them.

It's unknown how strong the flute's powers really are, but for the sake of keeping it below Over-Powered, we'll say that someone with strong mental abilities can toss it off.

Note that she won't use the flute for evil or anything of the sort. Harmless pranks, to steal something she wants/needs, if she's fighting (which she only does for a reason), or get herself out of trouble, and that's about it.

(B)
Kit is a thief. This is how she's been for... all her young age, honestly. It's a survival thing, living on the streets. This means she has sticky fingers and she wont hesitate to use them, especially if she feels she needs something. (New clothes? Stolen. Food? Stolen.) It's a habit now, and she'll more than likely nick something if she wants it, and she's very good at it. If she wasn't, she'd be dead already, and this is around creatures with animal like senses.

So what we need to establish is:

[01] Is it alright if Kit uses the flute on your character? Just because she uses it, doesn't mean it'll work, of course. Your character might be mentally strong enough to toss off the flutes powers.

[02] Is it alright if Kit steals something from your character? This can be for plotting purposes, or just to raid your food storage. Or maybe you have something shiny she particularly wants.

The last one is an odd thing to ask, but you never know! Covering all my bases here.
