Everyone asks existential questions, but few answer them.
I've learned a lot throughout my life, and I can say I've found one part to the answer to the meaning of life. And for me, that's relationships. One purpose of my life is to meet people, interact, be myself, form bonds, and love one another.
I define my life by the people around me. I have been fortunate enough to find wonderful, loving people, and it has been a blessing. These relationships are strong, are not shallow and based on lies. They are real. And that really pushes to me love the people I've met until now, and also pushes me to create more relationships.
hey calley! I haven't commented on anyone's entries in foreverrrrr.... i read yours and thought it was worth it. I think we are here to show love and be loved, the love that God has instilled within us. And that's the kind of love that brings him glory and reveals it to other people. :) I like the way you ramble about stuff like that! It's awesome. :)
because i think like that too, here's my theorydeardiarylovemeJune 6 2007, 23:41:59 UTC
Being an alien, I think there is life on other planets. Just the fact our solar system is one out of billions, to me that means there must be more out there. But, the fact we can't reach them and will never know for sure should be taken as a lesson. I don't think life is to find answers. We grew up in society and taught an education based on the foundation of questions and answers, which is a ridiciulously narrow outlook on knowledge. Knowledge can be a question. Knowledge can be the absense of an answer. I think life is just meant to be lived and to be happy, and find love and contribute to the good of human existence. I don't think it's a quest for an answer.

That's just my two cents though.
