Any kind of Danish is a treat and as such I savour it as slowly as I can manage - deferred gratification not being my strong point ;-p.

Glace cherry is put aside until the end. Nibble round until the icingy cinammony centre is left then savour. Then eat the cherry.

Bah! All I've got in now is flapjacks. They just don't have the necessary geometry. Or icing.
