Last night, Brendan and I laughed and laughed and laughed in bed. It's so wonderful to have someone that is your lover AND your best friend.

wow...i just wrote about this whole idea of love, funny how yours is so true and lasting-which i can see by the emotion in your words, while i'm still cynical, relating love to science...oh what will i ever do with myself!

i was totally the same as you! dating all the wrong guys, relating love to science, etc etc, so i am def really grateful that i found a good one or else i would've moved back to texas and become the world's biggest cynic. don't worry, you'll get there. you should read this book ON LOVE by Alain de Botton - really good stuff. i read EAT, PRAY, LOVE cuz Liz said you recommended it to her and i LOVED it.
