WOW! sounds like you really feel bad about this. Just give k awhile to react to what you've said. You've probly been more busy with the play than you realized and that's why she feels so left out rejected and replaced (play friends)etc..put yourself in her shoes. otoh she probly never did a play and can't understand how busy it makes you and how close you can get with the play 'family'. You need to treasure your play experience because it is truly a special life memory. I'm sure you two can work things out. I think you are smart to realize that the relationship is important enough to work for even if you don't think you did anything wrong on purpose. At least you can tell she is hurting and you care about that. That's what she needed to know and when she sees this I think it will start the healing process. Good for you! Relationships are SO important and is seems like you really get that. Go Krystle!
