You see Bob, Cassie was referring to the fact that upon turning eighteen, one is legally allowed to do several things that one could not previously do without flouting the law. Examples include voting and getting married (although she could have gotten married before, with parental permission).

And Cassie? You'll always be the minor to us. :-P
