Alright--I found this community by searching "DS" (Wow, braniac, right? Rhetoric.) And although I see it's not exactly active anymore, I'm giving this post a shot anyway...

I got a DS on my b-day (Sept 17th) and I've been playing Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness since. I was 1.66 "seasons" into the game, and when I went to resume play today it

Corrupted files are never normal.

Two options, you decide which one applies:

1- Go return it for a non-defctive copy.
2- Actually buy the game.

1 - That's why I was asking if it was normal to glitch occassionaly or something.

2 - Uhhh...why would I buy another version of a game I already own that obviously has a glitch issue?

Some people play games without paying for them.

And some of said people aren't resourceful enough to get around those problems.

I didn't even know you could DO that with a DS. I had the game given to me--as a gift--in a box--I have the receipt, it's legitimate.
