01. Start with your base. It should be as light as my base is, so if it isn't, add a screen layer or two.

02. New layer, filled with #c3ffc7. Set to 'Value' @ 20%.

03. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set to 'Screen' @ 50%.

04. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set to 'Multiply' @ 100%. (It should be as bright as the example, so edit the opacity to make it look like my icon)

05. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set to 'Overlay' @ 100%.

06. New layer, filled with #c3ffc7. Set to 'Multiply' @ 80%.

08. New layer, filled with #03002a. Set to 'Addition' @ 100%. (Give or take, again make sure it's as blue as the example, it'll look ugly later if it's more or less blue.)

09. New layer, filled with #ffd9a7. Set to 'Burn' @ 40%.

10. Merge all layers. Go to Layer --> Colors --> Curves and enter the following settings:
Red
x:14 ; y:0
Green
x:59 ; y:68
Blue
x:17 ; y:0
