...but if you can get to a place that carries a can of fix-a-flat or similar emergency tire inflator, it may at least get you to a tire repair place later when they're open. On the other hand, the hole may be too large. But it may be worth trying today.

I'd bring you one but I don't currently have one. :(

A great suggestion, and it was awesome of you to phone the thought to me for timeliness.

I may repost this, but what actually happened was _both_ passenger tires went, because of the sharp curb by their place. Hadn't even noticed the front one!
This wasn't rupture but just disruption, possibly of both, definitely of the front not-slow-leak tire. Either valve step clipped or just dislodgement on the rim.
And they kindly helped drive me to buy a new tire for the slow-leak one, and assessed the second one healthy(after trying to sell me two, of course).
Now? Have I bought either a spare or the fix-a-flat?? Well, not yet... ... ... but I will.

There will be Jostajam at next Movie Night. I'll also bring you a jar of Concord Grape jam, because 6 pounds of Concord grapes makes more jam than we can eat in several years :)
