have you heard his 5th suite prelude? its the most amazing recording ive heard of it by a long shot, because he treats the "prelude" part of it (not the "fugue") like a keyboard prelude or toccata - in that he plays it like he is improvising over chords. its so perfect. ive never heard any other recording come remotely close and i own like 10 recordings. if you havent listened to his, you should listen to it and listen to someone else's recording back to back and you'll understand.

btw...you're coming home today!!! i woke up in the morning and that was the first thing that i thought. for some reason i didnt realize the 5th was today, i thought it was like half a week away. but yay!
