this week was great.

so today was mothers day and my day off. it was pretty good. i convinced my dad to go to the basilica for mass today instead of going to our regular church. that place is so amazing. it has statues and paintings everywhere.its incredible.

yesterday during homeroom a random teacher and two juniors came up to me and asked me if i was emily. after i said yes they introduced themselves. the teacher was the amherst volleyball coach and the two juniors are on the team and went with her to be her translators because she lost her voice.they gave me a shirt as a welcoming gift. its a black ( Read more... )
