The other night I talked to one of my closest guy friends on the phone; it's been a while, so it was super awesome to get to hear his voice instead of seeing text messages or aim boxes. Anyway, a little background information on this guy... he's straight up incredible in more ways than one and I would seriously slay any girl that would try to hurt

I must've found the one exception to the rule.

I wasn't attracted to him completely in the beginning, it was purely sexual, and he was meaner than a snake. Now we've been together for a year, and it's complete bliss. See? Bizarre.

I still agree with ahem (I'm going to guess it's Mark).

see you had the reverse effect... you thought he was an asshole, but as things unfolded, you see that he's wonderful.
