I don't think I have ever cried so much during a movie, ever!

I LOVED IT as well.

For all the reasons you mention! The Three Brothers bit was awesome and when Dobby died it was so moving. Can't wait for Part Two :D

I really enjoyed it. Overall, my love of the series has dwindled. I didn't even see HP6 in the theatres. But this film certainly captured my attention and it's TERRIBLY UNFAIR that we have to wait 8 months now. *poutystomp*

The girls behind me cried the whole way through I think. Though at Dobby's death I was surprised to find my eyes completely misted over.

It was an amazing movie. I love it the best of all of them and I can't believe they're making us wait so long for part two.

I bawled like a baby when Dobby died in the book, and I started sniffling as soon as he appeared on screen because I knew it was coming.

I also loved the animation for The Three Brothers. Would watch a whole movie of that.

I wish it had been clear (as it was in the book) that Hermione had just wiped herself from her parents' memories. I don't want to think of them walking around with no memories at all.

It was fantastic! I am glad it's only 8 months to wait and not another year and a half, like last time. But it is so clearly a "to be continued" cliffhanger ending that 8 months is a very long time. I'm awaiting and dreading it at the same time... it means the hype will be over, really, truly over. It will be like when I finished the last book all over again. No more new Harry adventures to look forward to...

Dobby was excellent in this movie. He had such humble but purposeful heroism and he was strong until the very last. And I was so impressed by the animation sequence, too.

Plus the audience at the showing I went to was really great. Everyone cheered and laughed at just the right moments.
