i understand from where this comes, and to be honest, i too, don't believe that everything is or will be forgotten so easily, but... we don't know the whole truth about the split. Nor we ever will.

but, remember why this whole lawsuit started? a slave contract. And the terms were: or the contract is terminated (or conditions changed on which both parties agree) or JYJ own SME quite a sum of money. JYJ can not be "forced" into SME back what would lead to a "forced reunion". SME can offer a change in the terms of the contract and if JYJ agree (which, also, is upon their own will) they go back to SME and mostly it will mean a reunion of DB5K, but you can not call it "forced".

about being hacked i exclude such an option, because search engines as Naver and Daum have re-added JYJ as the members of TVXQ also. It's too big of a scale for one or be it several hackers.
on the 10th of August the court will rule its final decision on this whole issue, so many speculate that this has something to do with it. Thou, it could be a lot of things~ i am afraid that right now we all got our hopes high and then everything won't turn out as we thought :/ but in either way: cassiopeia will cry 8D
